Ordered varifocals arrived promptly prescription obviously wrong blurred can not use and then give you the run around when asking for refund taking to PayPal for refund and receive e mails from them basically saying if I don’t cancel PayPal claim will not revive any money back advertise as a American company and not Hong Kong company who like to scam money out of people avoid at all costs

Each pair of glasses I get is better than the one before. I wear progressives and give specific instructions when order them and they never fail me. I have never had to have them adjusted. I love them!
