Truly, i don’t believe in paying for overpriced glasses ever. Firmoo has the best frames and is super affordable and gets to me always on time!! they have tons of options to pick from and always have a sale or promotions you can’t miss out on! the customer service is always spot on, i couldn’t ask for more!

Has been a very pleasant experience shopping for glasses from firmoo, I get a compliment all the time on my glasses and people think they are designer's high-end glasses, i have bought frames for my friend and have told all my friend about firmoo, their customer service is excellent, there is no phone contact, and you correspond via email, once you send an enquiry, they respond with an answer to your enquiry, thank you firmoo.

They don't have phone customer service but the email one is enough. Supposedly it's a within 24 hour for them to get back but I got mine in 3 hours. And after that they reply less than an hour. They were really friendly and would really try to help you sincerely.
