So far, customer service has been wonderful. I emailed a question about one of the promos and got a response way quicker than i expected. I had actually already gone ahead with the purchase but the rep I spoke to took a look at my issue and turns out they owed me about $10 because of the promo mix up. Within an hour I got an email for the refund. Quick polite and competent service - I would highly recommend - contingent on my glasses arriving in due time and good quality ;) can't wait!

Seems like their starting to get more expensive but quality is the best, and I have about 5 different pairs and there is no eye strain what so ever for switching glasses and I’m a thick lens kind of guy!! FIRMOO #1 better than any US Lens and frame crafter I’ve ever been to!!
