Our custom bike was shipped very quickly. There were a couple minor issues (got a light instead of a bell) but the help email responded right away and resolved everything.

I bought the urban 3 speed beach cruzer & I have never had a better riding bike then the Firmstrong. I can say that I recommend this bike hands down over anything I've ever rode .

Problem with the original order being out of stock that was not discovered till I called about the delayed delivery! However, it was quickly resolved by the very helpful agent who accepted responsibility and the urgency to meet my delivery deadline. She made sure that everything was resolved and expedited the delivery. Good customer service.

Quick Shipping, no damage, all parts were in box and easy install. Bike looks great and was just what we were hoping for.

Fenders on bike were damaged in shipping. I emailed company and I never heard back. I had to send another email. Customer Service said they would replace and to send pictures. I did so and have not received another response. I love the bike so I hope they make this right. Their customer service is the reason for this low rating.

It was very easy to customize the bicycle that I wanted and finish my purchase.

Great bikes and great customer service. Just some issues with ordering as it confirmed an order and one of the items was not available and never shipped (customer service was responsive and we got a refund quickly).
