I was given a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I was made to feel important and was put at ease knowing that if at any time that I didn't feel that this was working for me, or that my situation changed, I can elect to stop the program and take my accounts back and pay them myself. My thanks to CCCA and to Lon Wilson who walked me thru the program and explained every step. I feel that I made a very nice long distance friend.

I give it four stars for now because I just initiated the process. The customer service, follow up and fiollow through so far has been stellar.
