BAIT and SWITCH is what describes this company. I did receive my TV but after checkout was told I had to pay for mandatory insurance which is really just shipping costs. They advertise free shipping but it's really not free, they just manipulate Google search results to make their prices look cheaper than they are to obtain customer data. I will not be buying my other TVs here.

BUYER BEWARE Bogus "insurance fees"…
BUYER BEWARE Bogus "insurance fees" fees added to the order after the fact. The retailer said everyone does this however the next day I ordered the same TV from another retailer and No hidden fees. This is a predatory and ridiculous business practice that is terrible. This company should not be able to continue cheating customers like this. Also if something goes wrong there customer service is almost non existant.

Shipping is NOT free
Ordered TV online. Received a phone call the next day to verify shipping address. They do not deliver to my address. Period. They will however ship to Portland Oregon which is 3 hours away from me. I have family there so I called back and asked if they could ship it there. Sure! For an additional $165.00 of ‘insurance'. Cancelled the order. The TV was listed for a good price. Now I know why. Waste of my time. I would not recommend firstclasstvs.

FREE SHIPPING IS FAKE NEWS!
Same problem these others are mentioning. "First Class" TV takes your order claiming FREE SHIPPING, then they call you a couple of days later to scam you for more money. They told me it costs extra to ship to my MAJOR city in VA. I work at a place with a loading dock where we ship & receive packages around the world but somehow it costs $160.00 extra to ship a TV here! Total scam and note that they have already captured your personal information and credit card info by the time you find out about it.

Predatory Shipping Insurance Policy
If you order a larger model of TV from First Class Tvs, you will receive a followup phone call informing you that you are expected to pay an additional charge to cover shipping insurance. Nothing about this policy is listed on the product page, the same product page that explicitly advertises "This product qualifies for FREE SHIPPING". They justify this by claiming A) the shipping is free but the insurance is not, and B) that this information is available on their Shipping Policy page. It should be noted that the Truck/Air Freight Policy on the Shipping Policy page is vague and unclear as to what products require additional insurance costs. And again, there is NOTHING on the product page to suggest that the product you are buying (in my case, a Samsung 75" Q90R) is subject to additional charges. So I find myself on the phone, having just spent a huge amount of money on a TV, only to learn that I am now expected to pay an extra 6% ($225 for a $3500 purchase), at a point of vulnerability over the phone where I cannot properly assess this significant additional charge in my purchasing decision. They also claimed that they do not list the cost of insurance on their site because it is dependent on your shipping location. However, if they can immediately calculate the insurance cost while this followup is happening over the phone, then they are absolutely capable of doing that during the checkout process on their website. After some back and forth, they reduced the total cost of my order by $75, but that still leaves $150, a significant amount of additional charge, that I was not expecting to pay when I ordered my TV.
If you want to charge shipping insurance to your customers, that is fine. But the lack of transparency when you do that is complete and utter bull$#*!. If they had been upfront about the fact that my purchase would actually cost me $3725, then I would have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Every eligible product page should include language that says additional charges will apply. And those additional charges should be included at the checkout process, not over a phone call after the order has been made. To do anything less than that is exploitative, predatory, and immoral. Do not let this bull$#*! continue.

These guys are scammers
I went through the complete order and payment process online for a TV that was marked as having free shipping. They later called me on the phone to try to collect an additional $169 "insurance payment". When I demurred and asked them to cancel the order, they offered to waive the insurance charge as "a one-time courtesy", but by that time it was pretty clear what kind of operation they were running.
