It was a waste of money
It was a waste of money. They said that they would take a look at it in 48 hours and then email me the results. It's been a week and they never emailed me the results, so I feel like I paid for nothing..

Worst teledoc service I’ve ever…
Worst teledoc service I’ve ever encountered. No customer service. The company literally repeated my question back to me in ChatGPT format. When I reached out to customer care to have it reviewed, they stopped responding. No not use this company.

Positive experience
While they were unable to help me with my specific problem (needed a doctor's note but didn't realize that they don't offer that service) the experience was positive and they offered a refund without any issues. I would reccomend Firstderm.com to anyone that needs it.
