I’m immensely grateful for Dr. Sartin. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my health concerns that were not being addressed through my provider Kaiser. He and his team saved me and I’m so thankful. Great service and staff. Strongly recommend

My experience with Health Source Medical was the easiest I've had in a long time. I used both services, ADA and FMLA. Dr. Smithdeal was very understanding, patient and attentive. She was very clear in explaining both programs, and allowed me to explain my issues without judgement. The turnaround for my paperwork for each service was no later than 24 hours. My paperwork was completed correctly with no room for confusion or misunderstanding. The staff in the messaging portal were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Smithdeal and the HSM staff for helping me to obtain relief and job security!
