I have only been signed up to this program for less than a week, but so far I've had great correspondence from the team when I've needed assistance, the app has been easy to navigate and I love that they have created exercises that can be modified to suit each individual and their fitness level. The price point with their sales are amazing, especially for everything included and the full access you get to recipes, exercises and the teams support. It's an added bonus that this can be completed in the comfort of you own home :)

Easy to navigate the app! There isn’t any “ticking off” any meal you have completed, which I really like! The support team are great and very responsive!

Can’t fault the FITAZ team, always there to answer any questions I have and always go above and beyond to help. LOVE the app, has changed my life
