Well I contacted customer service who was really helpful and I have a email saying they are going to refund me ,and cancel this contract i never signed up for I will keep you posted if it happens!

Heb telefonisch geklaagd over 4 afschrijvingen à 49 euro plus die beruchte 1 cent. Werd snel en keurig te woord gestaan. Ben begonnen te vragen of klantenservice-medewerkster zich niet schaamde om voor Fitexplosion te werken. Heb verwezen naar reviews op Trustpilot. Kreeg daarop mail in Nederlandse taal waarin zij hun “procedure” uitleggen. Niets op aan te merken. Punt is echter dat het absoluut NIET zo is verlopen. Ook ik ben er “ingeluisd”. Hoe weet ik niet. Kreeg echter snel en zonder omhaal al mijn “contributie” terug. Moet toegeven dat eea keurig en snel is afgehandeld.

A fitexplosionmember without being aware of it. But customerservice cancelled the membership and arranged the refund quickly
