AWESOME PRODUCT!

Always great products for your health and customer service is easy and responsive.

The program was so effective, I immediately began to lose my 20 lb. goal with the combination of diet and exercise. The perfect plate is now a way of life for me. I've checked other exercise routines online and they are teaching the same ones we have in the FF30X Program so Dr. A is on the right track. I can really feel the difference when I don't drink the recommended water intake. The power fuel protein shake is a must since I love chocolate! With five pounds to go I am a very happy camper. Have lost the belly fat and love handles down two waist sizes since November 2022. Could not be happier with the results.

Prompt response, reliable service, and excellent product keep me coming back.

Expertise and honesty

Great stuff, especially since it target's my age group, a lot of the information on platform is targeting younger men,
