Very professional & knowledgeable
Very professional & knowledgeable. Working with Israel over the phone & via email was great! Delivery to my mother in a very rural area happened exactly as described, & was faster than expected.

Delivery was on schedule. Even though the installer had never worked on this model, he did a great job of putting it together.
