I had been putting off getting started because regular appointments felt difficult to manage. Then I discovered FitRx and decided to give it a try. From completing the consultation at home to getting clear guidance and updates, the process felt surprisingly simple. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to get started without making everything feel complicated or overwhelming.

Signed up for a 6 month plan, have only received partial order, have been waiting since August for the remainder of my order. Price increased by quite a lot even with 6 month plan. Have sent messages on the Patient portal, get the same answer every time. Have called the number for customer service told to leave a message. Not getting answers Very dissatisfied!!!!

I came across FitRx when I was looking for an easier way to manage my skincare concerns online. I was a little hesitant in the beginning, but getting started was much simpler than I expected. I liked being able to explain my skin concerns through the app and get guidance from home. It was easy to use, and I liked not having to make an in-person visit.
