The service was excellent! The website was beautifully presented, and ordering was so easy. The piece I purchased was expertly and safely bubble wrapped, and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. I will most definitely shop at Fitzula's Gift Shop (on-line) again!

Item arrived quickly and well packaged…
Item arrived quickly and well packaged but one Maleficent’s wings was snapped off in the box. This is more than likely the manufacturer’s issue not the seller as the way in which the item was packed and shipped by the seller was first class. In summary item was well packaged by seller. Shipped expediently and arrived quickly. Sold at a great price. Only issue seems to be with the way the manufacturer encased the item in the packaging.

The 3 larger ceramic figures were of a lesser finished quality than I hoped for. The miniature gnomes were adorable & got rave reviews from family members who received them as gifts.
