FixrunnerReviews of fixrunner.com

Yes. I was initially concerned giving my information to strangers... but I was wrong! Sami in Israel and his colleague in Bangladesh were professional and knowledgable. They very quickly understood my WP problem... and fixed it just like they promised. And they did it pretty quickly, too. They kept in constant contact over skype, were available to discuss when they said they would be and followed up when the problem was resolved. I like these guys!

Fixrunner has always been extremely fast at answering my questions and making the requested changes. I've also been able to contact them at practically any hour of the day, whether via email or skype.

I had been having some problems on one of my Wordpress websites, as I could not access the dashboard, the photos would not show, the videos did not show, and my popups did not pop! Sam and Jobaerul fixed everything for me! And quickly! No sooner had I paid for the service, I received and email and they contacted me on Skype. Quick. less than a one day service! If you are having any problems with your Wordpress website, these people must have written the book to fix them. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with images not showing up on my wordpress blog. I posted on the wordpress forums -- no replies. I was really thankful when fixrunner emailed me with a reasonably-priced fix. They fixed the issues fully and offered further suggestions for how to improve other things on my blog. As someone who is not an expert at wordpress, plugins, etc, this was really appreciated. I recommend fixrunner without reservation!
