Not only did the representative show up on time… but the communication for the whole process. And the final completion of the fan installation was as promised. I’m 100% pleased.

The ease of the booking process and communication was excellent. They were willing to work with my schedule and actually came on a weekend when I was available. The commitment and service of my technician was outstanding. He didn’t have the right screws and instead of re-scheduling, went to the hardware store to purchase the right ones and finish the job. My shelves look beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. I will rebook with FixTman in a heartbeat!

Very disappointing experience. The original invoice was $139.17, and I was later offered $109 to “call it a day.” I have time-stamped documentation showing the technician’s arrival and that the invoice was created less than an hour later. Based on the discrepancies in the invoice and the supporting documentation, I believe the invoice was fraudulent and inaccurate. I also no longer feel comfortable allowing this company back into my home, despite the 30-day guarantee, and I now have to pay another company to correct the work. I would not recommend this company.

We reached out to have someone out together a kids playground set and they coordinated it for us and were very professional about it. It was a very good experience. This is the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed.
