I had an unpleasant experience with this company a couple of months ago. I needed an adult tricycle to be installed and unfortunately, the tech abandoned the job. On top of that, he told the dispatcher that there were nuts and bolts missing when in fact there were not and the dispatcher was rude to me and accused me of not having items prepared for the job when there was nothing missing in the first place! Completely rude people. The tech was an I.M.B.E.C.I.L.E who was too intimidated to set up an adult electric tricycle and made excuses not to do it. There's a reason they get mostly bad reviews. I question the good reviews to be honest. They also had the idea to suggest a different technician to come out and complete the job as if I'm going to say yes to that. Very unprofessional company. They do not understand customer service. Worst of all, I don't think that tech was fired from walking away from the job.

FixTman response time was amazing. I reached out on a Saturday night around 10pm. They responded and the job was finished by 11:45am Sunday morning. The tech was efficient and friendly. I will be using them again.

I started looking for someone to put together a gazabo, I found a local company that was going to charge $1,689.00 I thought that was kind of high, so before I committed to them I search and found Thumbtack and from there had 3 different quotes, FixTman LLC responded to me quickly answered all my questions and gave me quote half the price, I went on line and read there reviews, I had and appointment for them to come out 2days after my request with a time frame of 8-10 the morning of, the installer Ibrahim txt me to tall me he would be at my home in 45 min he arrived at 8:00 had everything put together by 3:30 I was amazed. I will be calling them back for any of my home repair needs.

My son bed was put together very nicely, the guy was very pleasant took his time and did an excellent job. He cleaned up behind his self. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. And my son loves his bed!
