I’d give negative stars if that was an option. I have now made two, 3 hour round trips to get a tv mounted only to be told they can’t get in touch with the tech to do the job. They were supposed to do this job a week ago (12/6). Waited for them only to be told the tech couldn’t make it an hour into the 2 hour window when they were supposed to show. Re-scheduled because they were supposedly reputable, trusting they would do right. Supposed to show up 10-12 today (12/14) but was notified they couldn’t make it and would be there between 130-330, not a huge deal. Get a message at 3pm that they can’t get in touch with the tech and need to reschedule to this Saturday thinking I’m dumb enough to let these buffoons waste another 3 hours driving and a day waiting for them to no show. I genuinely don't know if they’re screwing with me at this point but I wouldn’t trust this company to tie my shoes much less show up on time to a confirmed appt and hang a tv. I’d love to be able to tell you how poorly they mount a tv, but sadly I cannot give an actual review of their services because they can’t show up given 3 different opportunities. I almost want to reschedule on Saturday so I can have Moe, Larry and Curly show up and bonk me on the head with a hammer and drive away to skip some other poor souls appt. They have now wasted a total of 6 hours of travel and all they told me was they would give me a 20% discount. Complete joke.

May be hit or miss with the people who come to your house. The first 2 people who came to install with TVs did not come with the correct tools and did not have lots of experience. When they had to Go to store and get extra tools I immediately canceled them and rescheduled for somebody else. I felt the initial people were not properly vetted by the company The second persons they sent was excellent. He did not need an assistant and he mounted my 65 inch TV quickly and without difficulty and cleaned up after. He is highly recommended.

Arash put together my elliptical wonderfully. This the second time I've used this company and both times I was more than satisfied.
