The order process was simple, fairly easy to find the products for your engine. They will respond timely to questions you may have about your order, whereas many companies take your money and send a generic "thanks"

This is a company that values their customers and is on top of every step of the process from ordering to shipping and after care service. I wish they would carry a lot of more Tesla products so I don't have to looks some where else. Good Job guys keep it up!

Customer service was great . I couldn’t find my order number in my email when I tried to track my order. I sent a message to the service department with date, time of the order and info on what was ordered and they responded with the info I needed to track the order. Of course the mistake was mine. I used a different email for the order. I was thankful for their great help.

Deal with them often very helpful and responsive when a issue arises. Will continue doing business with them as much as possible!
