Scammers must be banned, and spin galaxy, flashrewards and all the buddies, well guess what... it's BULL. Hey, your "team" is also BULL. Although I bet that response was a damn bot...

I'm beyond upset. I've basically spent so much of my own money and haven't seen half my deals show up. I've emailed NUMEROUS times with just generic responses saying I haven't followed requirements. 1) new user ✔️ 2) sign up with same email ✔️ 3) pay whatever fees ✔️ or download game apps ✔️ play for 60 minutes ✔️ or complete 200 LEVELS ✔️ don't delete apps... and the list goes on.... I'm at 17 rewards ( I've been keeping track ) yet only 10 are showing up completed. If they tell me one more time that IM DOING IT WRONG! I read the rules, I follow direction and than the have the audacity to call it a curtesy credit! I spent real money to complete levels or do surveys! I only seen people on tik tok showing off the rewards they got but now that I googled reviews I'm so mad at myself for not looking sooner, for wasting money I actually had or my time I can never get back!!! Also the remaining overs just take me to a new rewards program even tho it says it's for fitness or sports apps, idk if it's a glitch or what but how am I supposed to keep going. I'm so mad at myself. My advice to anyone reading this is to NOT DO IT AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Hi Chantal. It seems like this is a separate review from the one you left last week. Can you please get in touch with our team as TrustPilot is not a support channel and it seems like this review is about the same experience. Thanks!

They will make any excuse not to payout and then deny your claims and after jumping through hoops still deny any payment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!
Response from Flash Rewards Canada· Feb 17, 2025
Sorry to hear that the experience didn't meet your expectations this time around. If you are unsure as to why your connection is pinging as a proxy we suggest that you start by googling why is my IP detected as a proxy. We are not equipped to help troubleshoot your configuration but hopefully that helps get you in the right direction. Thanks!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! You will end up having to do double what they say you will. Try to get a response from them that is a non-generic email you will not get help. The sad thing is that there are so many bad reviews and I still tried it. Thought it would be a great idea for Christmas. Nope! By the time they fix their issues, mind you the apps are paying them for this, all of your work will expire. Are there any avenues to go down to hold them liable for their lies? Nope. This crap needs to be regulated. Sounds like a class-action law suit to me. Let’s put these mofos under.

Hi Joe! We see you submitted a claim for $100 on November 29, 2024. ID verification hasn't been completed yet. When you submit a claim this signals your exit from the program for the eligiblity period. The reward value won't be modified or updated. If you wish to continue with the claims process you should complete the ID verification steps. If you don't the claim will expire after 30 days. If you are having trouble with the ID verification steps please reply to the claim ticket or submit a ticket using the Member Support form. Thanks!

complete scam completed 4 levels of rewards and when i asked to cash out, they seem to have no record of the message i sent and only began writting back after my tasks expired customer service was beyond useless
Response from Flash Rewards Canada· Dec 16, 2024
Hi Simon. We're sorry but we checked on this multiple times and there's no record of a claim submitted. You have 60 days from the time you start a deal to submit a claim. After that, deals expire and can no longer apply toward a reward.

They don't pay!
Response from Flash Rewards Canada· Dec 3, 2024
We fulfill hundreds of rewards daily. We do pay indeed. The key is the follow the instructions and the rules. We were unable to locate account based on the limited details in this review to better understand the situation. If you haven't done so already, get in touch with our team using the Member Support form on our website and we'll take a look at the specifics related to your situation.

This is a complete waste of time. I completed more than five deals and got zero credit. After reaching out and filling their very intrusive zen desk form with all my personal data, and many many screenshots of proof then current screenshots off my phone apps, I was told since their “partners” never credited them , they are unable to extend any courtesy deal credits despite me spending money on subscriptions and deposits. It’s several hours of my time I will never get back and quite some $$ down the drain. Stay away and save yourself the time with their fake promise of cash incentives. Reply to vendor: re: not being able to locate my account, please refer to my tickets 1937233 and 1917961. I have sent in over 10 emails and countless screenshots. Please do not deny I was a customer.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment you experienced, especially after completing multiple deals. While I cannot find your account to find specific details usually this happens as a result of having a VPN or proxy on which is not only against the Terms of Service but also interferes with the tracking software our partners use to track completion. This can also happen if you use airplane mode or turn off wi-fi when playing the games. Your feedback about the crediting process and customer support is valuable, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

It’s a scam! I do not recommend flash rewards to anyone! Customer service was awful, they accused me of using a proxy to not credit the rewards, while I was using cellular data as I don’t have wifi (proxy servers are not available on iOS devices while using cellular data). This was my first experience with Flash rewards and it was a complete waste of time filled with really poor customer service that even made false claims to avoid granting credits. This is a complete scam and waste of time, do not use flash rewards.
