Great experience, has a reservation through nexus and they left me hanging in the last minute and Flat Price was incredibly helpful in finding me alternative solutions to get my car shipped in a less than 24-hour timeframe. I was terrified about moving my life from LA to Brooklyn, but these guys were pros. I was especially worried about my vintage mirrors getting damaged and I kept reminding them to be careful, but they reassured me it would be handled with care. Thankfully, everything arrived in one piece and the communication during the 10-day transit was exceptional. I highly recommend for coast-to-coast moves!

They are very good at giving you an attractive price upfront just to lure you in. Once they arrive to pick up your items, the price suddenly doubles with excuses like “we thought it was like IKEA furniture” — as if IKEA furniture is some kind of universal standard. At delivery, they simply dropped everything off without assembling anything, which was not what was originally discussed. When I tried calling their office to resolve the issue, no one answered. It felt like they were conveniently enjoying their day off while I was left dealing with the consequences of their poor service. Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before trusting their quoted price or service promises.
