Your system added two additional ball stencils to the order and charged me for them. I sent multiple emails and chat messages asking that they be removed before shipment, but that didn't work. I don't need three stencils.

the pens fade and smear dont even last a whole round

I ordered 3 pens and ball guide for marking the ball, and it took a week for the order to process before it shipped. I can't fathom a reason why it took 7 days to ship it out. So far the product works great, but I've only used it once.

I bought these marker pens for my golf balls as they were advertised to stay on the golf ball permanently. I was so disappointed when that was not the case and my glove was discolored during my first round. I want a complete refund.

ink is good. it will stay longer but when the club strikes,,,, samething as sharpie happens but less. Problem I have is the tip of the pen wears super fast after 10balls, it will start making thicker lines. after 20 balls, it will make very fat lines.

Their pens that claim to adhere better than a Sharpie are a scam. On the second green, the line I drew on the ball was smeared and after a full 18 holes, it looked way more faint than the ones I'd Sharpie'd. I can't stand when companies claim to solve a major pain point just to get you to buy their product and know that returning 4 pens is just not worth most people's time. $30+ for 4 pens for it to do literally nothing different. Don't buy the pens thinking it's going to work better than a Sharpie. Customer service won't respond to my email about returning the product and the false claims.

My order didn't arrive. Reordered, didn't arrive. Canceled my order! I was looking forward to trying out your products.
