I moved to Flodesk from Active Campaign a year ago and am loving the templates, customer service and reduced price!

I have been a Flodesk user for 4 years. The platform is easy to use and the templates are beautiful. What I love the most, however, is the commitment of the founders to deliver a high-quality product while listening to their users and the top-notch customer service. I recently reported an issue and my problem was solved in less than 1 hour! Highly recommend!

Beautiful templates & easy to use formats. I'm not especially tech savy but Flodesk makes it easy to make my content look good.

Come for the fresh design, stay for the amazing customer service. We were looking to refresh our brand and our first marketing email with Flodesk caught a lot of attention and generated great feedback and engagement with our audience. Since then we've set up workflows and automations with Zapier. All of this was new to us and Flodesk was there every step of the way from easy to follow help-desk articles to personal customer service solutions. Our audience and most importantly, our engagement is growing and we're thankful we found Flodesk!

Simple, clean layout. Always improving features. Amazing customer support. What's not to like? I know this is short, but when you're looking at a software company to choose, these are the MUST HAVES that make or break success.

I discovered Flodesk through an online business educator called ByRosanna and I have not looked back. The ease of use and appealing aesthetics are right up my alley as a self-proclaimed DIY-er when it comes to growing my biz! I've used other email marketing platforms but none 'got me' like this one, if you know what I mean lol I also love the reporting and interface on the back end to see when and how frequently my emails are opened - very user-friendly. I'm sure I've not been using it to it's full capability yet but can't wait for Stripe to be available in my region (Trinidad & Tobago) so that I can also make use of Checkout. Love flodesk ! 10/10 - highly recommended to anyone looking for email marketing support!
