I ordered a basic pair of gold havianas. I never received them. I tried contacting them twice, only to be totally ignored. To this date there has been no communication from them and no flip flops! UPDATE: Just received my item, ordered June 7th and received July 16th. Poor service all round.

Shipped fast, but unfortunately it was not authentic Havaianas, I got my first pair of new style of Havaianas from Saks Fifth Avenues, later saw different color of that style on Flopstore, ordered , got them fast, but completely different quality, it was obvious they were fake, that’s what you get for cheaper price..
