This property has been tastefully renovated, providing a cheerful bright, open floor experience. The patio sits on an inner courtyard, beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowering bushes and featuring a heated pool. Although close to downtown Daytona, the Sea Havens complex is an oasis situated ideally between the ocean and the Halifax River/ intracoastal, each just a short walk away. You will also be close to many local and state parks and a diverse array of restaurants. Do not pass up the chance of seeing Old Florida with a drive though the live oaks along Peninsula Avenue near the lighthouse. The owner, Sonya, is a pleasure to work with
