My experience with this company is that they have terrible customer service.

We've never had a customer named "Heidi" so this is likely a fake review from a competitor. Please do better!

We're sorry about your confusion, but it's very clear when you sign up that you're signing up for a specific trial period (ie 7 days), and we disclose the exact amount you're charged after the trial expires. This is common in the SaaS industry. We haven't had any negative reviews like this in 4+ years in business.

Beware of this website, don't even try the trial plan, they will just upgrade you to the highest plan and charge anyway, and guess what, they don't offer refunds. this is a scam.

Anas, we're not sure why you're being dishonest. You signed up for our Growth plan yourself. We have IP logs of this. Then when your free trial expired you threatened our support staff. Best of luck in your online business. We hope you find peace.
