Really disappointed with our 30-minute doors-off flight over NYC. I booked this way in advance and spent good money on it, but the whole experience was simply not worth it. We were told to arrive two hours early, which made me expect some thorough preparation. In reality, we just sat around waiting, and then our flight was delayed by over 30 minutes. When the briefing finally happened, it felt completely rushed and robotic. The main issue happened once we were in the air. Nobody on the ground reminded passengers to tie their hair back. I sat in the middle seat facing forward, and the passenger next to me had long, untied hair. With the open doors and the wind, her hair blew straight into my face the entire time, blocking my view of the city. Worse, it kept tangling around my headset, meaning I was stuck looking forward without being able to turn my head at all. I spent the flight staring into someone's hair instead of enjoying the skyline. The staff focuses on paperwork, but completely ignores basic practical details that ruin the trip. Definitely would not recommend.

Our Pilot Bianca was the best! I had the co-pilot seat and once we were above ground and got closer to the city she encouraged me to put my legs out since I did get a little nervous 😬 but she had a phenomenal sense of confidence. Loved my experience.

Fue increíble! Además tuvimos la suerte de que nos cambiaron a un helicóptero sin puertas (abiertas) y fue una pasada! Recomendable al 100%. El trato super bueno también 🫶🏼🫶🏼
