The staff were awesome. Somehow I mixed up the times of my flight and missed my scheduled flight. They staff did everything in their power to make sure they can help me. Luckily, someone was late for their flight and they were able to get me on the next flight. Was truly spectacular and just amazing to see NYC at night

My 3 year old was very adamant about doing this for her birthday. Admittedly I was a bit nervous at first. I didn't know what to expect since this was her first time. We have no regrets!!! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The views breathtakingly beautiful and the pilot explained where we were along the way. My daughter was giddy with excitement for most of the time. She fell asleep on the way back. However please arrive as scheduled . We arrived way before our time and my daughter grew angsty. The staff noticed what was happening and came over to offer us ice-cream which really helped settle her down. She was back to being excited in no time. They were even nice enough to bump our 15 min ride to 30 mins. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for something fun, exciting, and truly unforgettable. Thank FlyNYON!!

We are very happy to hear that your daughter had such a wonderful third birthday experience during her first flight with us. We appreciate your kind words about the scenic views, our informative pilot, and our team members who stepped in with a sweet treat to comfort your little one when she became restless before takeoff. Extending your time in the air to make the day even more special for your family was our absolute pleasure. We are glad that we could help turn initial nervous feelings into a memorable highlight, and we thank you for sharing your positive feedback and recommendation with us.
