David was thorough, professional and very helpful with ALL my enquiries in respect of my booking, at one point i was cut off but within seconds David returned my call. David went through various options and upgrades available to help me come to my decisions. In this day and age where interaction is very few and far between this was a very refreshing interaction. DO NOT BOOK ANY RESERVATIONS WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY DODGY! I booked a flight and then never got the confirmation so I called them. They charged me another $60 to confirm the flight and then I go to look up the confirmation and booking number on the airline website and nothing comes up. I contact the airline and they said that the reservation has been canceled. I contact Flyobooking and they cannot give me a straight answer, I would not book with them. They’re just a waste of time, I wasted two days of my time doing the back-and-forth and now the ticket prices have gone up.

Upon reviewing your case, we’d like to clarify that the issue occurred because the card used for the initial payment did not match the traveler’s name, and unfortunately, airlines have strict policies regarding such discrepancies. This is a security measure imposed by the airlines, and we, as a booking platform, have no control over this. As a result, the booking was declined, and since fares are subject to frequent changes, by the time you were able to use another card, the fare had indeed increased. Complete scam, booked flight and waiting for confirmation… nothing. I had to call them and spoke to foreign service rep who told me the price had increased by 82$. Canceled my flight and hoping payment doesn’t come through! They may be a legit booking company but I wonder how many people they get to pay up with this bait and switch price tactic?
