United Cancelled my flight. Will from United was quick to help me get my son on the next flight out so that he could attend his grandmothers funeral.

Great service! Very knowledgeable, articulate, polite and friendly agents. Jamie was particularly helpful in arranging the seat assignments I wanted, and I’m very grateful! Marty Rutherford

The cancelation process seemed muddied. Leena, seemed more interested in speaking rather than listening, several times being reminded by me, that two people can't speak at the same time. That being said, she was very civil.
