Have yet to be selected for a survey and/or trial. Wasting so much time filling crap out for no outcome. Starting to seem like a hoax just to get my contact information so they can sell for marketing.

Legit company, but......
This is a legit company. And their incentives are great. BUT.... get ready to wait once you redeem your reward points. Most online survey platforms take up to a week, if that. This place takes up to 2 months. And beware you must have $50 in rewards to even redeem them. Not worth it with so many other great survey platforms

Every time I try to do a survey I never…
Every time I try to do a survey I never hear back and don’t hit the back button cuz u will get put back to beginning

Appreciate you being honest! It’s true that qualifying can be hit or miss — that’s how legit research works, since each study needs certain types of participants. But there are always new listings going up, so the more you apply, the better your chances of landing one that fits.

Is this for real?
Kinda hard to say. I have filled out a bunch of survery, but I don't think I've ever been actually called for one of these studies. For all I know, it's just a way to get your personal info.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We understand it can be confusing when points aren’t awarded, and we’re here to clarify.
Each survey has a pre-qualifying screener. This helps companies ensure that only participants who match their target demographics move forward. If you don’t meet the survey’s requirements, for example, age, location, or purchasing habits, you won’t be able to complete the full survey, and points are only awarded for surveys that are fully completed.
On another note, we never sell your personal information, and you’ll only hear from us about the opportunities you signed up for.
We hope this helps clear things up!

Most of the time the log in process…
Most of the time the log in process doesn't work on any of these. it is confusing but even when it isn't confusing it is just buggy & non-functional. Whoever designed the interfaces did a lousy job & I have not been able to get to the application process for most of the surveys that interested me. Perhaps it is because I am a Safari user? But even when switching to chrome, most of the time it is just more trouble than it is worth & when you o go to all of the trouble, it still just doesn't work. The date here is not true. It is only the date that this review has been submitted. These problems have been going on since I first signed up over 6 month ago.

extremely long wait for getting paid
I don't get selected for the vast majority of surveys. That's not my main issue, but it's suboptimal. They payouts promised are pretty good, when selected for survey, but the average payout takes 2 months at a minimum and often longer. This is despite emails to customer service which have the standard excuses like it can take up to 6 weeks for a survey to be credited to your account and an additional 6 weeks after redeeming points before receiving the credit. I am so frustrated with this process that despite doing surveys which can pay $75 to $175, I have decided not to participate any longer.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We know how frustrating it can feel when surveys don’t credit as quickly as expected, and we truly appreciate you giving the process a try.
Just for clarity, we only started offering paid surveys directly on our website in September 2025, and we’re still improving how everything flows between the survey providers and our payout system. Because each project is run by an outside market research company, timelines can vary — some credit quickly, while others do take the full review window.
That said, we never want you to feel stuck or unsupported. If you’re still waiting on a payout or need help cashing out through FocusGroups.org, our team is here to help. Please reach out to us at [email protected]
so we can take a closer look and get things moving for you.

Take much too long to pay out incentive
I participated in a few studies with this company. They take a very long time to pay out the incentive, as much as two months. Other market research companies will do it within 48 hours and sometimes the same day.
Also, they under estimate how long it will take to complete tasks, and something that was supposed to take a couple of hours, ended up being at least six.
