WORST EXPERIENCE NEVER BUY FROM THEM, I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND NEVER GOT IT 5 MONTHS

Called them for a specific product and the discount option, they gave me an option + 5% if i purchase with Mozilla and 10 euro discount on top of that. I called them to make sure that this is not a mistake, got the discount approved. After i purchase the item, they bill me the wrong price, called numerous time and they didnt care… the product has scheduled to arrive on 8th, it was delayed till end of the month. No follow up no nothing. When the delivery man called, i had to return the item because of the wrong price, they never reached back to ask why i returned the item, instead they just canceled my order.

Jeni kompania ma jo serioze prej krejt eksperiencave qe i kom pas najhere. Prej momentit qe e kom bo porosine, cdo sen eshte deshtim . Pritje e paarsyeshme, asnji njoftim korrekt, as transparence . Ju ose nuk pergjigjeni hic, ose jepni informata te pasakta. Porosine kom kerku me e anulu edhe me mi kthy te hollat qe disa dite , le qe e keni vonu porosine po edhe te anulimi jeni plotesisht te papergjegjshem . Kjo tregon mungese totale serioziteti dhe respekti ndaj klienteve. Eksperience zhgenjyese prej fillimit deri n fund , kom me u siguru mos me porosit mo kurre prej juve e me i paralajmeru edhe tjeret kush jeni ju. Deshtim total!

Terrible service – do not buy anything here! My order was supposed to arrive on January 29th. Support told me to expect a 10-business-day delay, but nothing arrived. Now, they are ignoring all my emails for almost two weeks. Complete waste of time and money.

I bought a product that arrived broken. It took a lot of time just to get the return started. Even though they sent the courier to pick it up, after 10 days of waiting, they kept claiming it 'still didn't arrive' at their depot. Now, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. They are basically scamming people by keeping the money and the product.

Kam telefonuar 4 herë dhe gjithmonë më është thënë se “është në doganë – do t’ju njoftojmë nesër”, por nuk kam marrë asnjë informim real. Pagesa është bërë menjëherë, por shërbimi ndaj klientit kanë qenë shumë të dobëta.

Sherbimi online është katastrofal edhe ne telefonata nuk pergjigjen gati kurr, porosia nuk te vjen me kohë asnjëherë.
