The experience is super good, the CPU is insanely good for the price you pay, and its sad how not many people know about this peak hosting. I recommend it to everyone who is starting they're own SMP.

Ping/Lag too high and support doesn't fix it this hosting is unplayable. They have a subcription system that would keep charging you without you noticing and they don't offer any refunds. They're shameless. Avoid it, there are a looot of better options and even cheaper with more things.

On latency, our regions are listed at checkout and we did not have a South American one at the time you used our services. A server in North America, Europe and Asia serving players in Argentina has a latency floor set by distance and by the transit routes between South America and our locations. That is not something support can tune away. The location change was offered because the region is the only variable that can be improved. On billing, auto renewal is stated at purchase, it's in the terms accepted at checkout, and an invoice is emailed before every capture attempt. Cancellation is available at any time in the client area. Our refund terms are published and applied fairly to everyone.

Great hardware, uptime is a bit shaky sometimes, and there is a LOT of MS and Ping issues within the network, even on Vanilla Servers

Thanks for the review! Glad the hardware's been solid for you, that's something we put a lot of work into. High latency on vanilla servers usually comes down to routing between you and the node region rather than the machine itself, and that is often fixable with a transfer. If you open a ticket we can take a look.

I had this Memory Leak on my server, so I made a ticket and requested support. They quickly found the issue on what plugin was causing this. Their Support is amazing, theyre quick, responsive and polite. Their panel is also very advanced and has a ton of features. Their Service is DEFINITELY recommended!

The Host itself is good with excellent UI and its very friendly and warm towards beginners, the same cant be said about their discord support, the staff always replied late to me and did not even bother fixing my problem and just told me not to do that again.

We put a lot of work into keeping things simple for people who are newer to hosting, so it's good to know that came across. On the support side, we did want to look into what happened with your tickets. We reached out and asked for a few details so we could find your account and read back through the conversation, but we never got a response. Without that, there wasn't really a way for us to review your specific case on our end. What I can say is that if a staff member asked you not to repeat something, it was very likely tied to third-party software. We fully support the hosting platform and everything on the server side, but complex setups involving outside plugins, mods, or custom code fall outside what our team handles. That part is the job of your own development team. If there's something on the infrastructure or server side that's still not working right, we do want to get it sorted. Open a ticket, and we'll take another look.
