I would've given this a 3 or 4 star…
I would've given this a 3 or 4 star review a few days ago, but the constant updates are making this unbearable. I'm not sure what is up, but every time I open the app I watch a few videos and then I start getting the "new version of the app is required to continue using fomoearn" prompt, which today has happened like a couple dozen times. This is insane. Worst part is that this app requires a ton of permissions which only made start using it once I got a old phone and completely sanitized it out of caution, and now they are making me install stuff every hour and a half. Please fix this so I can give an honest review because right now this thing is almost unuseable.

Hi Uncle Mole, thank you for your candid feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating update loop you ran into. Seeing the "new version required" prompt dozens of times in a single day was caused by a version-check caching bug during a September rollout, not actual hourly updates and that issue has since been fixed in our latest stable Android release (v6.1.2). Regarding permissions, we completely understand being cautious: the app only requests Accessibility (to automatically advance listed video queues hands-free) and Display over other apps (to show the countdown timer overlay), and never accesses your personal files or data.
