Easy transaction
My only comment would be that the deposit to my Venmo was not easily identified as it did not have any name that represented Foreign Currency & Coin Exchange. Please consider a more accurate I.D. when making your deposits to customers' accounts.

The instructions are confusing
The instructions are confusing. The wording on the site was a bit confusing. I didn't see several of my coins but sent them anyway. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to.

Trustworthy and upfront
Trustworthy and upfront with exchange rate. Fees a bit high, but there aren’t many options to exchange Euro coins in the States, so that’s the price of doing business. Cash was deposited quickly into my PayPal account.
