I have completed many exchanges with FCCE without one problem. No worries dealing with this company.

Excellent and expedient service. I had leftover Serbian currency, which no banks or retail FX institutions would accept, and FCCE accepted it at (all things considered) decent rates. The team answered emails quickly and accurately. This wouldn't be my first choice to exchange e.g. Euros, but I would totally trust them to exchange anything a bank won't take.

I was excited to find the FCCE website because I thought I was stuck with the bits of bills and coins that I had accumulated long ago in my world travels. I believed it too cumbersome to take the collection to a coin shop because they would likely pick through it only wanting certain items. I was amazed with all the countries listed with at least something listed as an offering for currencies current and obsolete. I went item by item, built the cart, submitted the order and sent the currency in. It was received quickly and acknowledged by the company swiftly. The only issue I had was the funds due to me were placed on hold by PayPal. After researching why, I was told that FCCE had not acknowledged receipt of the item even though I had provided tracking information to PayPal. So after one email and one phone call, the issue was resolved (a simple update in the PP system) courteously and professionally. If I find myself with more currency in the future, I will use this company.

Excellent web experience and quicker than expected payment.

I was quite upset after my trip to UK and with a purse full of British coins my bank would not take them. I didn't know that. Your company was fast and efficient and I thank you for that.

I got money for clutter, I thought that was pretty nice.

Very easy and efficient way of turning in my old coin currency from Europe and Asia. Fast turn around, received a check in the mail less than two weeks after I sent it in. Won't lie, I was a little skeptic, but my total value was only $30 and it isn't like I was doing anything with the money anyway. Very happy with the result though!
