This company scammed me into starting the program knowing I have been on the Semaglutide diet for over a year and taking 100mg a week. The program is a start up program where it starts you at 20mg for 4weeks and moves you up gradual but not even getting to 100mg. I inquire about the dosage and I was told rest assured they Dr. would work with me on a prescription. I cancelled within 1hour finding out this was a start up program and they still said sorry I couldn't cancel. Then they even tried to charge me for the second subscription when I cancelled the first. The respond was sorry they couldn't refund me and that I agreed to the subscription. Its the same story if it's sounds to good to be true then it's not true. This is unfortunate and I was mislead. Its a lot of money to lose, so please beware

I loved that I could take of my health from the comfort of my home at my convenience. I chatted with a Dr and received medicine to help my mental health and love that they follow up with me. One less thing to think about. I also ordered HERS Hair medicine. I don't mind the taste of the pills. My whole experience has been very simple and I feel valued as a customer.

I have lost more hair with this product and they don't send a reminder when your next "prescription" is being sent. Only after they have shipped the product and charged you. They wont accept a return or do full refunds.

Unfortunately you sent me 3-6 months of Topamax and Metformin and I can't take either one. SE are not acceptable and its not helping me lose weight. Unfortunately, I spent a fortune for pills I will never take. :-(
