I am very happy with the service I have…
I am very happy with the service I have received. I can reach out to someone any time I have a question or concern and they respond quickly. It’s nice having an actual doctor prescribe medications to help with weight loss when your insurance won’t cover it or the doctor won’t prescribe it themselves.

Pill Works but Ordering Process Needs Work
I was really disappointed that I was billed and product shipped before I had a chance to have questions and concerns addressed but I eventually tried the product. I was also upset that it can’t be returned, even if the package is unopened. My hair has grown back a lot in the thinning areas but a lot of it seems to be just “baby hair” now instead of full length. That, or my hair is just growing really slow. The pills are really powdery and get stuck sometimes. I almost chocked to death on one of them.

Poor follow up
I didn’t like that originally the script said I’d receive follow up after two weeks and then then just didn’t. It feels like it was very easy to get the medications and then was sort of left on my own. I’m also a nurse practioner and when I reached out saying the recent increase in dosage of a medication was giving me a pretty well known side effect, I was sent what sounded like an auto response stating “Stop the medicine…etc”. I was hoping for a conversation- perhaps decrease the dose? This just feels like bad medicine

No support
No support. Hers got my money over a week ago and I have not even received a tracking number yet. I will have to go through my bank to try and get my money back. This is a huge scam.

I keep losing my hair and they won’t help me
I keep losing my hair and am asking for help solving the problem as the vitamin is supposed to help me grow my hair. Customer service just says “shedding occurs”. I’ve had 3 months of shedding and no growth. Customer service doesn’t respond with any answers and ignores my requests. So disappointed.

I was really hoping to become a customer of Hers. I was looking for weight loss injections so I went to their website. I went through all of the questions related to health, allergies, etc... when I got to the end, the recommendation to me was a pill, that contains the ONLY thing I listed as an allergy, Metformin. Why would you give me something that can kill me?????
