everything came as ordered!

Very easy to put together. Got here on time. Just as described.

Only complaint... four little pen refills were in a huge box with lots of filler. Seemed like overkill on the packaging!

Very quick polite service.

Ordered item supposedly in stock. Then when it is supposed to arrive was told it was not available until September. I could have ordered somewhere else and had what I needed already. Still haven’t received the rest of the order.

I did not receive and item and only because of my experience with shipping could i tell that the item was on back order.. I did not get any notification that it was on back order prior either. I chatted with a rep that also didn't understand what happened and is working to get my item shipped. Just disappointing because I could have got the item

Trusted website, but never fulfilled any order for some reason. Never sent any explanation on why all my orders were cancelled and refunded.
