I have quite a few "formydoggy" harnesses. I ordered 1 a month ago, no response from several emails. The company seems to have changed for the worse

Update: received and the dog likes it. Changed my rating to 3 and will update next month.

Item arrived today, actually very surprised by the quality very happy with it I have marked down stars due to communication issues they state 24/7 support but takes days for a response and was a standard template does not help their business

Easy to put on and comfortable for our dog . However the D rings have rusted ,and one of the buckles has broken . You only get a year of use out of each harness. Our dog wears hers daily . Does nothing to prevent pulling Have to pay in US dollars , so more expensive than advertised

The harness came in as expected. It is of good quality and easy to use. It did not include the name a telephone number panels that were promised with the order. I contacted customer service and they advised they would handle the replacement. To date, I have never received the velcro panels.
