amazing service fast shipping and help with my steamer

Not setting realistic expectations as to what is coming with equipment or what you would need to separately! It happened twice! I ordered anyway. I lost business thinking that I could do a job but I didn't know what was needed to do the job. I told this company what I needed to use it for with no real assistance!

I purchased steamer and i have had nothing but problems sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't nothing but a headache big mistake purchasing it

Our overall experience has been wonderful. The website was easy to navigate and offered all of the information we needed in one place. Once our order was made, we received a call (next day) to confirm the order and make sure we did not need additional equipment. Our order was received timely, and it even had some other goodies that we were not expecting (hat, sweat band, etc.) In our opinion the customer service has been top notch. We are looking forward to buying more equipment to expand our business. We would not order from anyone else. Thank you Fortador for making the process so easy.
