Forte is the best. I have used their texture clay for months and it is the best hair product I’ve ever used in my life. Also, the customer support is amazing and super kind. I highly recommend Forte to anyone that is looking for premium products.

I had ordered a tin of the chrome forte clay and it was shipped quickly but somehow got lost via usps mail system. I just chalked it up as a loss but decided to see if the company would have any more info on the matter. Bryan from forte responded quickly and made sure that if it haven’t received it by a certain day they would either give me a refund or send out another for free! I did finally receive it from the post office! Great customer services from Bryan ! Definitely would buy from again! Best regards, Robert

Absolutely terrible experience with Forte Series. I placed my order weeks ago and honestly, the whole process has been a joke from start to finish. The biggest problem is the tracking. I was given tracking information, but it was basically useless. The tracking made it look like something was happening with the shipment, while in reality there was no meaningful progress for an extremely long time. If you provide a tracking number, customers expect it to actually reflect what is happening with their order. Then comes the customer service. I contacted them multiple times because I had been waiting for weeks, and getting a clear answer was ridiculously difficult. I shouldn’t have to send message after message just to find out what is happening with an order I already paid for. At some point, I genuinely stopped knowing whether my order was actually being shipped or whether I was just being told to keep waiting. Delays happen. That’s understandable. But delays + unclear tracking + poor communication + barely any customer support is completely different. I didn’t pay to spend weeks chasing a company for basic information about my own order. At this point, I’m asking for a refund because I’ve completely lost confidence in this order ever arriving within a reasonable timeframe. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. The products might be good, but if the company can’t properly handle orders, shipping and customer communication, none of that matters. Do better.

Hi Mikael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion this experience caused. To provide some context, your order contained two items—our Sea Salt Spray and Texture Clay—which were both on pre-order. Due to a technical issue during our website overhaul, an automated shipping confirmation and tracking number were sent prematurely, before the items were physically packed and shipped from our fulfillment center. We understand how confusing it was to see a tracking link with no movement, and we sincerely apologize that our communication did not clearly explain the situation when you reached out. We completely understand your frustration. As requested, your order has been canceled and a full refund has been issued. We’re actively working to resolve the underlying system issue and improve our communication so situations like this can be avoided in the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Maude CS Lead

If you need help, the Forte support team is there to help you get things right. Unfortunately a package was marked as delivered but never dropped off. I've contacted support and they issued a replacement within reasonable time.

I’ve been ordering products from Forte for over 3 years now. Recently, when I moved to the UK, one of my products got misplaced by my accomodation’s services department. I informed the team at Forte and they were on it from the moment they received my message. They informed Evri, the courier service and also kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I would personally like to thank Bryan from Customer Support for his continued efforts. I really appreciate the effort he put in and I hope to order more products from them in the future.

Had a little trouble with wainting a long time to get the products, but then i got kindly reminded by staffmember brian that the texture clay was sold out. So i even got a opertunity to swap it with a chrome clay. Thats what i call costumer service at its finest. I became a costumer today!

The product is well thought out. The function of each product is well defined and the actual formations deliver as promise. I like the size of each product, the branding and the price point. I am a fan.
