Not having a good experience I bought…

Not having a good experience I bought some packages back to back and did buy bonuses and now they are restricting my account which I don’t understand why it’s a problem plus I never got a notification that it would be till I tried to redeem. It’s going on day 2 and I just keep getting the same response. Like seriously come on. This would be my 4 redemption and I never had a problem till now. So can you all please make this right. UPDATE (less than hour after review) I was messaging them and they said that my account is still being reviewed and then later said that it was banned but then again continues to say it was in review. So I’m really not loving how I made all These purchases to play and now I can’t redeem my funds from my account. So at this moment don’t purchase a lot because they will say that it’s a violation of there AML. However they never gave me a warning or anything.
