Terrible customer service. I never received my order and there was no contact with me about what was going on. I cancelled my order because it was returned to Fox's inventory. I received a credit to my credit card that was short by over $20. So you got $20 and I didn't get my wine. Never again!

It was easy to order on line, easy to pick up at Fed Ex, and so far the wines are fabulous. The price is very good and in general lower than I can buy locally. I plan to order more and join the wine club. Great value!
