My perfume arrived quickly and you can tell the seller took the time to wrap it up nicely and the bottle arrived intact! I am enjoying my purchase. Thank you for making that possible.

Wrong product shipped. Ordered Animale Animale for men, but received Animale by Animale a total different product. On your website it shows the right product with picture and all, however, in the cart it references the wrong item. This was a gift for my brother, very dissatisfied . Problem solved with great Customer Service. Will do business again!!!

Hi Carl, We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your order, especially since it was intended as a gift for your brother. We understand how disappointing this must have been. This was due to human error on our part, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience. To make things right, we provided you with a prepaid return label, so you didn’t have to bear any shipping costs. We’ve also received the product back and issued a full refund to your account. We’re taking steps to prevent this from happening again in the future. If you could consider updating your review based on your experience with our resolution, it would mean a lot to us and help others see our commitment to great customer service.
