That definitely wasn't Polo Double Black. Its smell horrible. I feel cheated out of 20 dollars by paying for a mixture of who knows what because it definitely wasn't even the color Of Polo Double Black.

My order was delivered in a timely manner. No instructions came with it. I’m still trying to figure out how to use the product. Unique and unorthodox packaging. I won’t be ordering again.
Response from FragranceShop.com· Oct 19, 2026
Thank you for your review, and we are glad your order arrived promptly. We are unsure which product you are referring to, as standard fragrance products do not typically require instructions. Spray colognes are applied via the atomizer, splash aftershaves are applied directly by hand, and roll-on oils are rolled directly onto the skin. If you purchased a different item or need specific guidance, please contact our customer service team with your order details and we will be happy to assist you

It doesn’t smell like the real product. Had this perfume before and this one isn’t the same even though it’s the same kind Do you sell knock offs?
Response from FragranceShop.com· Oct 18, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to assure you that we only sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers, we never sell knockoffs or imitations. Perfumes can sometimes smell slightly different due to recent manufacturer reformulations, batch variations. We take product authenticity and customer satisfaction very seriously and would love to resolve this for you. Please reach out to our customer support team with your order details so they can look into this issue for you.

It appears this review was posted for the wrong business. You seem to be referring to The Fragrance Shop (thefragranceshop.co.uk), a retailer based in the United Kingdom. We are FragranceShop.com, an independent US-based e-commerce store operating out of New Jersey. We recommend checking your order receipt and redirecting your review to the UK retailer so they can assist you.

212 Sexy perfume. Fragrance is barely discernible. Like spraying water on. Very disappointed.
