However, once I was able to contact the customer service and sales department they were able to quickly resolve the issue within 2 days and shipped out the correct frame for my order with a return slip for the other frame. Both frames were beautifully made and I am happy with my original frame choice, Samsung "The Frame" Antique Black 43''

We did not order - too expensive.

The tv image through the mirror was far better than expected and the mirror was seamless when the tv was off. I was pleasantly surprised. The ease of installation made this project an incredibly satisfying experience for me and my client.
