I order the Silver Kit for emotional suplort dog, I have a problem because I dont receive the Aluminium ID tag and the ID card and the digital copy, I only receive the red identification vest and the and the printed certificate, I need someone to fix this problem please

Got the cert in pdf form. Filled out survey. Qualified. Spoke (text) w dr. briefly. She recommended some literatures for me to read. Payed the $125. I recieved an official drs note stating my dog is a registered emotional support animal. No more worries about my dog. No more pet rent. No more pet deposits. Anywhere. Anytime. Thanks for existing, FMP!
