I bought the esl and I did some research and they were saying this website is a hoax so i tried getting a refund. They didn't answer their phones. I got angry. In the end they called back I got my letter and it turns out the phone guy was out sick. So I understood and empathized. I got my cat shortly after. All is fine now.

Nice vest, but shipping was a rip off, no standard option available. Do your research about service animals and do not buy a letter from a "doctor" online. Your regular doctor can do that for you and it's a credible source.

I'm so thankful that I could get my dog registered as an emotional support dog because I've been trying and didn't know where to go. Thank you Free My Paws!!!
