Paws was easy to deal with. The card was excellent the 'dog tag' is larger than I would prefer. It is the size of a military dog tag. Would be fine for a large dog. My Toy Poodle weighs 5 pounds. The service dog wrap I ordered was the smallest offered. The straps are too long and I will have to have them professionally altered/changed.

I had been taking my dog, who is a large, calm and very gentle pit bull, to a nursing home to visit friends for a couple of years, where she became really popular. When someone at the front office suggested I get her registered as a service animal to make our visits more official (and less complicated for them), I was told it would be hundreds of dollars and hours of training to certify her as a service dog locally. Imagine my relief at finding FreeMyPaws, where I was able to legally register her as a therapeutic visitation animal. We've been able to continue our visits to the nursing home and our favorite coffee shops without hassle for the proprietors, and we've made scads of new friends! The service is everything promised on the website, prompt, nice work, very official, and I have referred several friends to them.

This process was so quick, affordable, and efficient that I would recommend it to anyone looking to register their esa. It took less than 2 days for me to get my letters, my landlord accepted them and I was able to move in with my companion with zero hassle. A lot of these things look sketchy, so I was nervous, but I was more than pleased with this service. So. Worth it.

it was amazing, cheaper than other places that I was trying to save up for, but being disabled having no income, this place was a gift from the gods. only complaint is cosmetic, the company branding on everything, but I cant fault them wanting people to know who they are

I used this company to get a service dog ID for my dog because we needed to go to road trip for New Years and everything came up in last minute. I need her close to me all the time...she is my everything, she is my medicine. I never had any problem to take her with me but this time I needed to make sure that there will be no problem. I ordered golden package and they sent me electronic certificate right away. Vast, id card, tag and original certificate came over in the mail a few days later. I couldn't wait for it but I could use my electronic certificate for my trip and I was absolutely satisfied with it.
